Bert Winters Park is a Palm Beach County park on Ellison Wilson Road in Juno Beach with about 805 feet of Intracoastal Waterway frontage, three boat ramps and shore fishing allowed. The playground, courts, ball fields and south restroom are closed until an estimated late fall 2026 for a redevelopment project, but the boat ramps, their parking lot and a restroom stay open, reached from the north entrance. Anglers fish the waterway for snook and mangrove snapper through the warm months, sheepshead and black drum in winter, and jacks and ladyfish chasing bait on the tide. Fish the moving tide with live shrimp or small jigs, and keep well clear of the ramps and launching boats. The park is open sunrise to sunset, with no overnight parking. Watch for boat wakes, heat and summer lightning.
