Juno Beach Pier Fishing

8.4· Pier · Juno Beach, FL

Fee to fish: Small daily fee to fish or spectate on the pier (checked Sep 27, 2026)

Juno Beach Pier is a 990-foot ocean pier at Juno Beach Park, run by Loggerhead Marinelife Center, on a stretch of coast famous for sea turtle nesting. It is one of the best piers on Florida's Atlantic coast: the Gulf Stream runs close, so kingfish, cobia and little tunny pass the end, while the nearshore water produces snook in summer, pompano and whiting in winter, and heavy runs of Spanish mackerel and bluefish. The pier is being refurbished in phases (work began June 1, 2026), and the T at the end has been closed since September 26, 2026 after surf damage, until further notice. Hours change with the season, sunrise to sunset through the turtle nesting months. The daily fishing fee includes your fishing license on the pier, and the Pier House sells bait and rents rods. Watch for summer lightning and never cast at swimmers or surfers.
