Dollman Park Beachside Fishing

6.3· Beach · Ocean Breeze, FL

Dollman Park Beachside is a small St. Lucie County access at 9200 South Ocean Drive, near the south end of South Hutchinson Island, where a short sand path crosses the dune from a paved lot to a long, unguarded beach. It is part of a 143-acre beachfront and riverside preserve, and the county lists fishing among its uses. The beach was rebuilt with new sand in early 2026, so expect the bars and troughs to keep shifting. Target pompano and whiting from late fall into spring, bluefish behind the cold fronts, and snook and jacks during the fall mullet run. Hours are dawn to dusk. There are showers, but the restrooms have been closed since late July 2026 after an electrical fault, and Waveland Beach, a few minutes south, is the nearest guarded beach with restrooms.
