Free: The county lists no fees for the pier and boat ramp (checked Oct 17, 2026)
Webbs Landing is a Jackson County fishing pier and boat ramp at the north end of Octavia Street, on Graveline Bayou between Ocean Springs and Gautier. Graveline Bayou drains Graveline Bay, a state coastal preserve of open salt marsh, into the Mississippi Sound, so the water here is brackish and full of shrimp and baitfish. That makes it a good small spot for speckled trout and redfish on moving water, flounder in the fall, and sheepshead and black drum around the pilings in the cooler months, with croaker and catfish in summer. A live shrimp under a popping cork is the go-to rig. The pier has had a covered pavilion for shade. It is a neighborhood launch with limited parking, so be courteous to boaters, and leave when summer storms build.
