Free: Free county ramp and waterfront park; no charge to launch (checked Oct 17, 2026)
Lillian Boat Launch is a free Baldwin County ramp and small waterfront park on the western shore of Perdido Bay, tucked just south of the US 98 bridge that carries traffic between Alabama and Florida. Marine Resources lists it among its public saltwater fishing access points, and the launch's docks and bulkhead give fish some structure to gather around. The brackish water holds speckled trout and redfish for much of the year, sheepshead and black drum gather around the dock pilings in the cooler months, and croaker, white trout and flounder fill in through summer and fall. Fish the moving tide along the shore, away from the ramp lanes. There are restrooms, picnic tables and lighted parking. Expect fresher, muddier water after heavy rain up the Perdido River.
